It doesn't have to be a designated campsite. Your actual campsite, designated or otherwise, is your campsite, unless it is posted "No Camping".

usually its my sig 239 in 40, once I get night sights it will be my xd 45, and usually a rifle which changes between my Remington 770 30.06, my M44, or my mossberg mariner shotgun.
