    Making hollow points with a case trimmer?

      i woundl't use this for SD, i heard its a pretty big no no to be making ur own SD rounds, lawsuits and such

        Someone should tell Mr. You Tube that they make bullet molds that will cast hollowpoints.

          He did mention in the comments that the mold is hard to use.

            the hole doesn't look centered. That would probably mess up the balance,

              I think you can fill it with wax/gelatin to help improve the aerodynamic... if it doesn't melt before it gets out of the barrel. I'm thinking about silicone sealant when I try this out.

                  One is original Winchester SuperX flat nose 147gr 9mm, one is the hollow point I made, and the other one is a Remington 115gr hollow point.

                            While it is technically a hollow point, the rest of the projectile is not made to operate as a hollow point, and I'd seriously doubt the effectiveness of these homebrews until some independent testing is performed.
