I think douchebag is a bit of a strong word, maybe impolite would be a better choice. Companies cant forget that they are in business because of their customers, small businesses especially. There are so many great businesses out there why not out the bad ones and praise the good ones.

Dillon's products and customer service great.

City Arms customer service, great. Everytime I walk in the owner asks me, "What gun do I want to buy this time?" Friendly and Helpful.

I & S, prices are outrageous and FUD galore. I called in to see if they had a small pistol plate for my DL650 and the guy on the phone said yea. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they had a large pistol plate on hold for me and no small pistol plate in stock. The guy said, "Oh well they all look the same", put it back on the shelf and walked away. Since I was there, I decided to look for powder, $35 a pound, and then a different guy behind the counter said to a customer, "The sealed mag well is the only CA legal configuration out there." I walked out.

Roger's Relic, great and super friendly service.

Shouldn't Dmitri be asking you "What gun do YOU want to buy this time?" instead of "What gun do *I* want to buy this time?"
