I watched this the other day. I would totally love to go someplace like that and shoot.

well it does get pretty dang cold in Germany for parts of the year.....seems like a good way to keep up your skills during the winter when there ain't much else to do except eat brats and drink beer.

You can bet it's not $12.00 per session.

That is shooter's heaven which we will all see someday since we've already spent time in shooter's hell (PRK).
I'm only smiling at you while you talk to me because it's hilarious that you really think I give a crap about you.

As I've gotten older I thought I was gaining patience, then I realized I simply don't give a crap.

Ulm is in southern Germany where it does get cold in the winter. You gotta remember that in Germany the shooting sports are pretty much reserved for the rich, so when you have nothing but millionaire clients, the facilities can get pretty nice. There wasn't a single shotgun on that line that was under $10,000.

Sure would be fun to shoot there though - next time I'm visiting my cousin down there I'll have to see if they'll let me in the front door to gawk...

yep. Germany is a classic example of what will happen when gun rights are reduced to "sporting purposes".

I'd say I want one of those in L.A., but what would be the point? It'd be $100 a session in range fees.

Wouldn't mind shooting there once, though.

Vote for pro-gun candidates, or lose your rights, and the rights of future generations. That's it. The end.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Germany is basically hell compared to California as far as guns are concerned.

If there was a range like that in LA, it would probably be $100 for just the entry fee to step inside... and browse the shop or eat at the cafe with $25 espressos.

As a German-speaker, I just found the website of this place, http://www.mszu.de

They go by quarter hour, because they're Germans.

The hundred meter range is 28 euros an hour.

The 3D hunting range is 128 euros an hour.

Aaaand the 25m handgun range is 18 euros an hour.

If you adjust for income over there, going to the pistol range is practically like going to Reed's Indoor Range or some other highway robbery place.

I have been to Germany as well, this seems pretty much on par with my thinking. Anyway culturally, they love this uber style of facility.

However - I must say KICK ***!!!! To this range. Yeah, high dollar for sure, but this video had me smiling.
