No ****? I was driving by there today, on my way to get some Mexican food at Don Jose's on Artesia, and thought to my self... hey, I need some more .40 S&W, but wait... it's Sunday, AB is closed... If Only I knew... I didn't see the Ammo Bros's Tweet....

I live within driving distance of Bass pro and they are open every day of the week. They aren't my first choice though for items because they usually expensive. Now that I know ammo bros is open sundays, I might stop by more often.

I talked to the owner of my favorite LGS and he referred to his wife as "a typical gunshop widow" because he spends so much time and energy keeping the shop open. The shop is closed Sundays and Mondays, BTW. A small shop isn't going to have a second shift of employees to keep the business running seven days a week and the owners as well as the employees need their off-days just like everyone else.

Why are people saying its God's day?! Gods day is Sabbath (7th day, which is Sat!) Sundays is because Christians go to church and it makes alot of people think its the day of rest, but Sunday is only observed to go to chruch to respect the day of risen. Other then that, Day of rest is Sabbath (which my church goes on) So I have Sunday morning to go to the range!

If I had a gun business I'd close early mondays and tuesdays or close mondays and tuesdays. It's inconvenient when shops are closed on the weekends although I understand, some go to church.

Yes, even we, the St. Peter of guns, need a day off too.

Smaller shops have far fewer employees and everyone needs some family days off.
