Not a fan of their extra charge for using credit/debit cards. Probably won't use them again. The Ammo Bros guys are far better to deal with.

its only gouging when YOU DONT HAVE A CHOICE. Since you could EASILY walked out if you did not like the price its your own fault for buying it in the first place. I just bought a lower form a member here. it was complete with parts kit and stock. I could of gotten it cheaper if I waited shopped around more etc. But even if I could of gotten it cheaper i made the decision to buy from him. the next few weeks i saw deals that would of saved me about 90$. Even so I got a good product, Im happy so I don't feel I got gouged.
To some people gouging= buyers remorse IMO. They just cant differentiate between the two.

The issue is that the only reason the problem got solved was because your message was getting out there here on calguns. if you didnt bring it to light here, i doubt your friend would of been taken care of.
              Buy my EO Tech XPS3-0!!!

For those nutjobs who like to use the word "gouge"

give them a call i forget their exact prices but it is very reasonable.. i would recommend buy more than 1 lower since it's like a few bucks more for the transfer on the same dros

That's good to hear...too bad you had to set the forest on fire to get help..sometimes it's the only way though.

x2 on customer service, When i called for quotes on receivers the young lady was real helpful and informative. I cant say the same about the guys. Maybe get rid of the guys and hire nothing but girls for customer service or just keep the builders and gunsmiths in the back.

What was the 'machining' problem? Problem from factory?

No this isn't correct an never has been....while I am sorry we didn't have your lowers on pickup day....you did get your lower rcvr....this was over 4 years ago....

As far as gun tax....yes there is a federal excise tax to paid on complete rifles that is built into price.....hence factory guns usually cost more...it's always cheaper to build your own...usually....

We take care of all of our customers no matter what the issue or no matter how small....

People make mistakes....but we also correct them....no one is flawless as far as I know...

Just this past week I received 5 phone calls praising the people that work in the shop for CWS....two were actually for me...ya can ya believe that..

I also worked the front counter this week in SOCAL and 4 people came in that were refered to the shop by their friends....

So while my people make mistakes... I know that they are also doin a pretty good job....but we can always do better.... This past week a 90 percent customer satifaction rate isn't good enough....we gotta work towards 100 percent at all times...
