Thats awesome! Wonder how much it costs? I would think that they spare no expense and put any of our brave troops through war specific training like this.

I did their trauma training a few years back, and it was intense.

Wow, now that is some good realistic training. I wish we would have had that kind of training when I was a Corpsman.

I have gotten to be the bad guy at the StuSegal facility in San Diego and it is fun to be a bad guy. The good guys get lots of great training.

Very cool! The insurgents get trained to aim and shoot their weapons just like real insurgents.. hip firing, stock not touching the shoulder, etc. I wonder if they have trouble transitioning back to actual professional firearms handling afterwards..?

Also, I wonder if the embedded people (the actors, actresses that help make up the realism) end up getting post-traumatic stress disorders as well - since everything seems so real, it just would seem to me that at points in time they actually think they are back home in their village, waging war with the American soldiers. Interesting stuff.

Damn. I had no idea that Segal Studios was up to that. I know they used to do Silk Stalkings, Renegade and Veronica Mars, but hadn't heard about anything they'd made lately.

Now I know. I wonder how costly per person this is, and if they could branch out into executive protection and other types of training.
