In Gray Davis' Final weeks as Governor, he signed legislation that required all businesses with over 14 employees to offer full medical insurance. That combined with the ever increasing rise in Workmans comp is making CA inhospitable to even the staunchest Liberal small business owner.

Also CA's supreme court decision Sexual harassment ruling... If you consentually date another employee, when it comes time for a promotion, if non-dated employee doesn't get job, you have now comitted sexual harassment.

Yup, Loonies are running the asylum.

I hope the Govenator will declare the same 'State of Emergency' that has been established in both New Mexico and Arizona.

Only one step in the right direction, but at least it's a step forward.
        Very Respectfully,
        CAPTAIN MIKE

Just leave them at the border, I'll pick them up on my way out.
