    Long gun PPT question....

Has the CA DOJ always required PPT for long guns go through a FFL or was there a time when these transfers did not have to go trhrough a dealer? When did they require long gun PPT go through an FFL?

Had this discussion with Bweise a long long time ago. IIRC there was the provision for PISTOLS to go FLL route about 1990. IIRC the requiremnt for long guns began Circa 1993 or so................... but again I could be wrong....lovely how the memory fades on horrific things.....

1.)All humanity would be better off if Stoooopid hurt.
2.)Why is it that if guns are sooooo unsafe that you're 9 times more likely to die at the hands of your doctor?
3.)Remember...Buy it cheap & stack it deep
