Haven't noticed it posted yet, but here is Freedom Group's Form 8-K filed with the SEC relative to the Marlin action. They're spending $8.4 million to get it done, so one has to assume that when they report transfer of equipment costs they intend to relocate the plant's equipment.
Marlin is still a money maker, and with this move should be positioned to be even more so.
