HK couldn't market free sex. No matter how good their products are, their customer service and after sale support sucks. I would not buy an HK 45 because of these issues. I can't figure out why something costs twice as much just because it has, "HK," stamped on it.

Im sorry you are unhappy with HK service. I have NEVER had a call go un answered or a part not show up in a timely manner. If you like your yugo then go for it. I like my mercedes.
Its funny when someone posts they like a particular gun. Members chime in and say "their support sucks and its too expensive." I will just recommend the op buy what he likes and you to go pick up another "Glock"

I don't mean to sound like a prick but have you personally had a bad experience or are you regurgitating internet rumors on customer service? And I don't understand what you mean by sale support.

As for cost, you can buy a Z06 (Glock) and it'll perform just as well as an F430 (HK), why waste your money right? Then what's the point of a 1911? There's something intangible about it all. A certain je ne sais quoi. It's the images conjured up in your head when you grip your hands around your favorite gun. Nobody should have to justify a purchase of their firearm. Especially to someone else on the other side of a computer screen. One of my friends is always trying to convince me that an HK is a waste of money and that a Glock is just as good if not better. I don't know what drives him to try and make me change sides. I love Glocks but I love HK's too. Why should I have to choose? I can appreciate something in all guns.

Don't know about their customer service. I've never had the need. My P2000 has always performed like a champ! I own or have owned Sigs, Glocks, S&W, Ruger. The HK is the one that I would rely on 100%. I LOVE me some HK goodness!

Don't get me wrong, I really like all of my handguns. The HK is my sweetheart.

Well we had some USCs that got damaged in shipping we called an they sent out spares....no problems.....we just paid for shipping....good in my book....so far.

I own a few HKs.....SIG is still my pix though...

I didnt need to read this post. I have yet to shoot a HK45, I love the USP but I now want a HK45 even more now!

I love my HK45.. shoots like butter and has never had a problem. Ergonomics are great.

As for expensive.. well, they certainly arn't cheap but there far more expensive guns out there. And they make Glocks look like they were wittled out of steel bars with an axe.. lol (jk)

I've only had to deal with HK CS once, and it was as easy as anywhere.

HK took about 2 months to send me replacement parts for my dads HK45

Steve if what you pictured is your "HK45" you in fact have a USP, not HK45. (also to note a HK45/HK45C is not on the safe roster)
