Merc1138: I 100% agree with you, but I dont have a rtf so i didnt want to think the guy was completely full of himself."In a society, it is the responsibility of the few strong to protect the many weak"

I have an RTF2 and there aren't any issues. I've never read anything here or on GlockTalk of the RTF falling off as its part of the frame. I'm just waiting for the Gen 4s to get on the list and I'm swapping all my Gen 3s.sigpic

so is the RTF2 considered gen4? because i saw it on the roster. I have been going to a few gun shops and have seen a few RTF's but none gen4's. They did not even have any dual recoil springs.Comment

RTF2 =/= Gen4
I just posted this in another thread because it had gone rabid with bull****...
RTF-2:

Gen4:

Notice different texture on frame, different slide serrations, extended mag release on Gen4, and specific Gen4 markings on slide... very different indeed.Dom

I just commented on the same thread with Hybrid. Gen 4's are not on the list. They are only available to LE and us non LE can only get this through a FTF PPT. I'm waiting for these to get on the list to swap out all my RTF's ( Gen 3.5).sigpic

It's actually not extended like on a stock G34/35-where it sticks out; the Gen4 mag catch is enlarged and it's reversable that can be used by lefties.Comment
