Elk Grove Gun Range

i went into Will Bill's this morning and asked about their indoor range. they're reply was, "We don't have a range here, you can go down the street to the Gun Room"

so either it's not open to the public or just not open to me...maybe they didn't like my Sig sweatshirt and cap...maybe they're very selective about who they let in.

i walked all around the building and couldn't find another enterance

Yea, The Gun Room isnt what it used to be apparently, so Im done defending them.

i've shot at the Gun Room probably 20 times last year. I haven't seen and scary punks. I do see a lot of women and I see a lot of law enforcement.

The range staff can be a tiny bit bossy, but i find that appropriate.

Because of the excellent air circulation, ample room, clean range, and good lighting I find it to an excellent place to introduce new shooters, especially women. Clean bathrooms too.

Been in the small store on the north side of Grant Line rd, Wild Bill. No sign of any range when i was there. Typical old-school gun shop. dusty, crowded, messy.
