    Insight range reviews?

    Hi Guys,

Does anyone have reviews of this place? http://www.insightrangeinc.com
    Just a few quick questions:

    1. do they ensure everyone is safe shooter?
    2. will they harass me for having a GSG5?
    3. do i need to listen to stories of when he was killing for the CIA?
    4. what do they mean by rifles? can i bring an AR AK? m14s?
    5. how is ventilation?
    6. any weird rules?

    thanks!

I have been there before a couple times.

I saw a guy there shooting a GSG5 before since its a .22lr they don't have a problem with it.

I am not sure what you mean do they insure everyone is a safe shooter but if they see something dangerous they will handle it.

The owner is Korean and seem more comfortable speaking Korean so I doubt you will have to hear stories.

I saw shotguns there but I saw no AR/ Ak rifles there when I went there so honestly I am not sure, But i think its safe to assume anything that shoots the calibers that they sell is fine. http://www.insightrangeinc.com/shoot.html

Ventilation was very good and its a bit chilly in there so you might want to bring a sweater etc...

The only rule was no "dirty ammo" he also seemed to not like lead ammo (other then .22lr)

I've only been there a handful of times but each time I've left with a positive experience. The staff is really friendly, the range is well lit, decent ventilation (though I do remember it getting pretty frosty in there once) and all the target hangers/controls work. I'm not sure about centerfire rifles since I've only brought handguns. I think they're out to 50 ft so shooting at 16 yards with a rifle is pretty useless anyways.

        Great range for handgun shooting.

            I like insight.

Shotguns & Pistol Caliber Rifles are allowed (that means no M14).

If you take a shotgun, you have to shoot their range ammo.

If you take a .410 bore you can shoot your own ammo.

            I doubt they'll have a problem with the GSG-5.

The owners don't speak much English from what I remember.

Don't forget to take your ID and the ID's of everyone else in your party.

They did have a Native English speaker working there last couple times I was in there so you should be fine.

It's a fun place. Cool people. It does get super cold sometimes I'd suggest bringing a jacket.

They let me shoot my AR with .22 conversion. Good place. I wish they open earlier in the day.

44 mag is maximum caliber they allow. Their range ammo is hot enough to cycle Desert Eagle. Price is fair too.
No rapid firing, even the 22LR.
You can rent any gun for one fee. I believe you have to buy range ammo for that though. You might have to buy more ammo if you are trying different caliber.
                    Parking is good.
Maybe older owner doesn't speak English well but younger one is fluent and they have other friendly employees.

                    I like that place.
'Cuz big holes are easier to see.

I welcome it. How else would I learn.

Good place, except I won't go there anymore because they don't allow lead.

                            Insight is backed hard.

i shoot my 10/22 there all the time and they will not care if you bring in the gsg5.

bring a jacket if you are some one who gets cold easy.
