I tried to go target masters to look at pistols today and get my HSC done. When I got there at 3:30 the police where everywhere, there was a fire truck and an ambulance. I walked towards the door but they were clearing everyone out.

The police had a few people inside and were taking statements. I don't want to speculate, but it was most likely not a robbery. robbing a gun range behind a police station would be a very stupid idea.IANYL. I was there shooting in another area... Not a suicide... A woman shot herself by accident(i hope) (in the foot may be). i saw medics take her out on stretcher. she was awake and talking.. but in pain. We left soon after that. Don't know all the details. Police were looking for the person who came with her ( buddy for renting gun???) but he was not there. may be went home..
This should be a reminder to everyone that guns indeed are dangerous and they should be treated very carefully.Comment

I'd rather shoot with other people. I tend not to make friends of people who can't take sensible advice. Teaching them NOT to shoot me in the foot is first and foremost on the list, so he/she makes for one more safe shooter out there. Plus, another set of eyes to watch out for my stuff and other people's guns pointing the wrong way is never a bad idea.Comment
