Why is it legally questionable? I don't see him saying anywhere it doesn't have a bullet button, I don't see that he's offering high cap mags to the general public, and I don't see him asking for face to face transfer instead of at a dealer. Everything that is specifically spelled out in the ad looks legit to me. I agree price is high, but I'm not noticing what's got everyone thinking it's illegal?

You guys are missing the point. Someone GAVE him an AR15 for Christmas...and now he's selling it.

Noone I know would give me an AR15 as a gift, and if they did...if I sold it, you can bet they'd never give me anything cool ever again.

well I think that the terms of use states that firearms are not permitted on CL and to sell a christmas present is just wrong...especially one that is as cool as this.

We had an ad posted here (not for an AR) that was almost identical to this but the amount was much lower.
