Yea we just had an incident like this at the Turners in Reseda when doing a PPT for a handgun. Buyer had purchased a new one in December and was still within the 30 days when we tried to do the PPT. Manager there said City of LA doesn't recognize the difference between PPT and buying from a dealer(in regards to 30 days) so if we wanted to PPT it we had to get out of city limits. I was like.....so we had to cancel it and schedule another time.

I thought by city of LA they mean any address that is in Los Angeles but I guess not.......DAMN YOU! Thank sweet jebus I don't live within it's limits.

Which is funny because we have restrictions on ammo shipped to CITY of LA, but they seem to ship fine anywhere that isn't called "Los Angeles"

Would have, unfortunately didn't know the address and had to drive all the way to Pasadena.
