Sadly, I was informed that Tracy has only issued ONE CCW permit when I went into the PD to inquire about obtaining an application. She, in not so many words, indicated I would pay a fee, that wouldn't be returned, and THEN said that bit about only one being issued. "Save your money and don't wast our time" was the impression I walked out of there with.If that’s the case and you feel you must carry a gun with you, that’s where the automatic pistol earns its keep. They are convenient to carry and, with proper training and lots of practice, a most effective self-defense weapon.
While I like the article, he doesn't mention anything about the legal way to carry a firearm with you and this article makes it sound like it's easy to just get a gun and start carrying it with you to defend yourself.NRA Life Member
