I have a perfect Burning Man attendance record: zero.

You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city.

          In the same vein:

Massachusetts Senator John Kennedy, writer Gore Vidal and playwright Tennessee Williams target shooting at Kennedy's Palm Beach, FL, vacation home in 1958. Williams was a crack shot (despite what appears to be an innovative stance).

The past is a foreign country.

Screw the environment! The sooner we trash this place the sooner we will have the political will to explore space and conquer the known universe, spreading like locust we will plunder, crush new enemies, take their women and if we are lucky, we shall meet our fate on the battlefield.

Okay, the "good old days" were not always so great:

L.A.-Police Department. 1930s. Two policemen and two ladies display a large collection of guns which are set to be thrown into the sea for disposal.

L.A.-Police Department. 1930s. Several men, in uniform and in civilian dress, ride a small boatload of guns out to sea where they will be disposed of by dumping into the water.

                        Boy, this is great stuff.

Notice on that Angeles range photo no one seems to be wearing eyes and ears.

                        Keep 'em coming.

                        and feast on its corpse.

They should have just sold or auctioned them off.
