      What a shame.... I have been on the fence about ordering from them (they have great prices), but when I called them to ask a routine question about a quad-rail I got a taste of what I should expect: inconsistent guessing about products, long hold times, and a healthy serving of frustration .

      Too bad... guess you get what you pay for.

          I HATE BOTACH.

          My order since March has still be in limbo...finally i had to contact my CC and do a chargeback.....

          and now they contact me about my order.

          i guess the only way to get them to reply back to you is to hit them where it hurts.....

          But i will NEVER order from them again. EVER.

            Botach tactical is a joke I just recently had a 3 month ordeal where I ordered a shotgun online from them. They sent the shotgun without paperwork. 2 weeks later they sent paperwork i go to drose my shotgun and it was the wrong shotgun. 3 months later they still have not refunded me my money and im persuing my legal options. GOODLUCK buy at your own risk

              The one order I made from them went well. One hiccup, but they resolved it. Apparently, it's their policy to ship to the billing address (or maybe it's just for dealer accounts) and I was having it sent to my work to save a few bucks on business shipping. I explained why I was having it shipped there, and they shipped it anyway.

              I hope to make another order from them soon, I hope it still goes well. I hope to continue ordering from Botach.

              Just one tip Dan for the BotachDefense website. For the Magpul magpuls.... please add a color drop down option. Thanks.

                I just phoned them and ask about stock on a Camelbak. I got two very helpful young ladies. The second of which, Stephanie, offered to make sure my order went out today so that I could have it for the weekend. If things go well, I'll be a happy customer.

                I certainly understand others' issues. Hopefully things improve because they do have excellent prices.

                  I am not the kind of person that rants about bad companies on the internet just for the hell of it. In fact, I really can't think of any other time I have done it. But, Botach is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life that I can remember. I ordered a TangoDown bipod from them a couple of years back. My credit card was charged for a product that was out of stock (even though it said in stock on their website). When I called to cancel the order, I could not get through. I tried emailing them and never got a response. I can't actually remember if I ever did get a response after several weeks. In the end, I had to have my credit card company deny the charges. First and only time so far I have ever had to do that. Maybe they are under new management now, so I hate to give them a bad word if that is the case. Just my experience.
