Would this be legal?

Sorry about the quick photo chop, but I'm wondering if this would be legal with a detachable mag config.

It would be like the blackstar rifle stock, but not really. There will be a cable connected to the real trigger, (just like those bullpup conversions for the marlin 60, 10/22)

I'll be fussing with it this weekend, going to use wood. Should I raise the "fake" trigger higher?

Any help will do me good.
