First one looked like a classic barrel obstruction. Probably went muzzle-down in the turf. Happens.

Second one I'm going to guess old shotgun, maybe with damascus barrels, using modern ammo. Easy way to get a kaboom.

Third is noobs + reloading equipment. Either wound up with a bullet in the barrel somehow before loading and firing another round or had an overcharged round.

What does having an "overcharged round" mean?

Means too much powder, causing too much pressure

The third video demonstrates the results of improper basic instruction in firearms use.

I was taught early on that if you encounter a cartridge that won't readily chamber in your firearm, set it aside for later examination.

If the firearm you're shooting suddenly will not chamber any rounds, cease and desist and safely unload the weapon and make a full inspection before continuing the firing session.
The way some gunshop clerks spout off, you'd think that they invented gunpowder and the repeating rifle, and sat on the Supreme Court as well.

AR vid was a squib, leaving a bullet in the throat. He fires the magazine, then you hear a click. He pulls mag, and clears a casing from the chamber.

Next mag refuses to chamber, so does the recharge, and again recharges. Bullet is finally driven into the rifling enough (or the new bullet to be driven into the case)to allow a round to chamber........boom.

The traitor is the plague."......Cicero

Scarry *hit. I was squinting, waiting for the trigger pull on the first video. I hate watching this type of thing. Could have ended very bad. -g

The first on is a classic obstruction.
The second was failure to know and understand the weapon. He pulled the hammer back and squeezed the trigger twice and it failed to fire. At the first point it was time for a full inspection - heck I doubt if there was a proper inspection before he even tried to fire the shotgun. Additionally, the chatter seemed like they or he may have been up to no good trying some hair brain stunt. I hope he didn't get maimed.
The third is reload ammo and improper inspection upon a failure condition.

                      Darwin at work!

I never trust other peoples reloads. Once upon a time I did and lost a great 870 classic with dual side ejector action rods. The bozo I was hunting with had slipped in 2 grains of extruded rifle powder into the red-dot load. Split the bolt clean in half the long way. I was lucky that day. That was my third of nine lives used up.
