Gun Makers you hate?

Fjold what is wrong with Fulton? I always wanted one of there m14's.

There are other makers making 1911s who I feel produce a better product for the price.

I don't really "hate" any manufacturer and wasn't going to vote, then I saw that Gregdawg voted for everything EXCEPT Glock.....so I voted Glock.


I didn't vote Glock because I necessarily hate the gun, I voted because Glock fans remind me of Raider fans. I think the Glock and Raiders markets have quite a bit of overlap.

Browning. I had a Stainless Stalker in 300 WM years ago. It came with "stains/discoloration" on the barrel, the finish was easily "stained" (stainless steel mind you) by rubbing against brush while hunting, would quickly build surface rust, and something with the bolt but I cannot recall. Two letters to them and no reply, this was before email was common. I said screw Browning and have never purchased any of their product nor will I ever. Sold the gun also.

I want to know who designed the backstrap on Glocks; there's something wrong with their hands. Really. The curve is all wrong, and holding them is very uncomfortable.

But hate them? No, I'm glad they're out there to make a good product that a lot of people like. If nothing else, they increase the competition, which lowers the price of guns that I am interested in.

Don't worry, once they get rid of the ammo, guns will be like pitbulls without teeth. Then we can all paint neon orange tips on them and they will dispense candy canes and rainbows. In a ten round capacity of course.
