Just don't let them go, and if you have, and gotten arrested, for failure to appear, you could have some problem... Best to pay them as you get them or fight them...But never forget about them...Other states also...
They communicate, FFL is federal. Some states are not as concerned, but CA is a stickler why the wait. Was 15 days back some time ago. Now 10...
