Do you keep any weapons loaded in your home?

Are any of your HD weapons left around loaded? Or do you keep the fire arm and clip ( loaded clip I assume ) separate ? I'm sure alot of you keep weapons unloaded because of kids in the house... Also what about HD shotguns if that is your 1st line of home defense.. Do you keep the shotgun loaded? Loaded with trigger lock on? I'm trying to decide if I should keep my HD shotgun loaded , maybe up on my closet shelf hidden by some cloths, but still easy to get up and grab if needed..

I live alone and in the five years I have lived in this house, no one under the age of 22 has been in it. Every single firearm I own is stored loaded, a round chambered, and safety engaged with the exception of my 5R.

Used to have loaded pistol with round chambered, then I had kids, so everything locked up and unloaded. It's just not worth risking an accident to me. Everything is locked up and unloaded now.

loaded safety on, except for the M&P which doesn't have a safety, its holstered loaded

when i leave in the morning they go in the safe
when i come home from work, one comes out of the safe and is placed near the bed

Loaded,with one chambered.have kids in the house but are gun smart.
loaded is one less thing to think about in a stress full situation.
