On the public lines, no problem. If you shoot in competitions, as long as they aren't using steel knockdown targets you're ok as well. Chabot is cool

I'm in for for July 4th! Do I need to bring anything or do we chip in? I haven't had decent BBQ since I moved out here from Oklahoma.

Nowhere. The words "steel" and "core" aren't in this document, together or independantly. If you can show me otherwise...

Maybe I should have been clear and pointed out that they won't allow it for silhouette shoots, or at things like Tactical Rifle... if the steels are out. Well, actually they'll just lay the steels down and let you shoot anyway.

You might want to re-read my statement. You just agreed with me. I said steel core was okay.

My bad, I thought you said it did.

NP, I re-read it too, and I agree it was a little double-negative-ish.

                On that note:

I'm trying out my K31 on the 20th at Chabot. Feel free to stop by and say hi (anybody).

I'm planning on getting there around 10 or 11 AM.

I just got Martin Luther King day off for the first time ever. If it isnt oppresively cold I will be there with my son on Monday.

                    Mmmm.

I'll probably be helping my sister move on the 20th. I doubt if I could make it monday, either.

If Ted can come up with a date and call the range, I'll drag the Q down. Hopefully I don't lose any parts on the way down, this time.
Yeah, back in the Ranching days, they called me spoon.

                      Is the Shoot-N-Q dead?

Or is there some chance it may be reserected?

Ivanimal, any word from Technical Ted?

I think one in march would be cool. That would make them every four months, (it would also force me to finish my AK and figure out how to load beowulf ammo ).

I'm down for a March Shoot-n-Q... Just don't pick March 4th, I've got a wedding faire to go to.

Geez Dan, we just had one a couple months ago. How often do you want them?

End of March might work for me. Going hunting the 31st so might be a good opportunity for some sighting in.
