M2HB Semi automatic crew served firearms are legal in California, so as long as you didn't own any of the full auto components it would be perfectly legal.These posts are Fiction. Do you want the full auto parts? Then you are going to need God to help you out in CA. If you want a semi auto I suggest something similar to what this gentleman did.

Semi-auto only M2HB .50BMG long guns are not illegal in CA.
What was banned were .50BMG rifles.
Since, the M2HB does not have a shoulder stock and was never intended to be fired from the shoulder, it is not a rifle.sigpic
