As many folks here know, I just got back from Iraq. But since I was deployed, I never got the chance to join one of the AK Build Parties. Im looking to do an AK build now that im back, but unfortunately, there doesnt seem to be any build parties going on. Is anyone having a build party in the SF Bay area anytime soon? Or would you be willing to host one? I would host one, but im not sure what all is involved in the AK building process. I live in the Pleasanton/Livermore/Dublin/Camp Parks area, so I can pretty much cover the Bay area for help with this. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You've got a Romy, an AK Builder flat and rivets, and anything you might have picked up from someone else.
My schedule is a mess lately, this is the ramp up season for Christmas and to get products ready for demo at CES and the Automotive trade shows. If you don't get hooked up with a party I'm sure we can get it done, but it may take some schedule arrangement.Disenfranchised NRA Benefactor Life Member.

I have a jig and bolt cutter rivet tool. I can bring that over if you need it. Gotta find somebody with a car if i'm gonna bring my press. If you need any of these tools, just L.M.K.There are 3 kinds of people in this world.

Er....me sold you the AK kit?
Man must have been ages ago cuz me no remember...lol.
But yah, find someone with a 12 ton press and we'll get er done.
I got the rest of the tools/jigs/etc.
