I see CCW as a trade off. The more comfortable something is to actually SHOOT, the less comfortable it is to carry. And vice versa.
For almost 10 years, I am business casual or in a suit. I carry a Seecamp .32 in my pocket and a spare mag in the other pocket. ALWAYS. Even in shorts. The beauty of a gun that seems like a keychain toy.
I also carry a briefcase with a G19/3 and two spare magazines for that.
Last week I was visiting my wife's family in Arkansas and was handed a Sig 938 to carry for the week. What a compromise between the two pistols above.
Of course, it's off roster.
I can justify another CCW gun if it's something I will actually carry.
So, here is what I am thinking:
Sig 938.
Sig 365 and an optic
Hellcat with an optic.
Thoughts on this range? Thoughts on optics? I know nothing about them other than that I have a Burris Fastfire on a Ruger 22 and it's pretty easy to make good hits with.
Thanks,
