I think most folks that do find out are finding out if they follow and are subscribed to Cali 2a YouTube videos, just happened to walk into gun store, or hear it on the radio in traffic; for the most part.

Screw Palmetto. I don't care if they are now shipping to CA, they still won't ship to places like Sacramento, SF, Oakland, LA, etc. EVEN if you have a COE and 03-FFL. They still refuse. So now if they'll ship elsewhere in the state, they still refuse to ship to some cities, even though it's legal.

Like most of us, I was very happy to hear about the permanent injunction that just came down regarding ammo background checks and having ammo shipped directly rather than through an FFL.

However, that begs the question, can we now buy and sell ammo privately without having to go through an FFL? If so I think that is just as awesome as direct to address shipments. Any insight would be appreciated!

I found out from a email Ammunition Depot sent me when I was at work. Then I had to take a double take like if it?s true it?s time to order a bunch to save me money on how much FFL?s are going to charge because the 9th circuit is going to place a stay and overturn it. The corruption is at an all time high.

Or maybe, just maybe.... most folks are CRPA members and they get immediate alerts within minutes of such decisions, seeing as how CRPA was the driving force behind this other than the plaintiffs.

Every California gun owner should be a member of CRPA; and if they aren't, they can piss off and miss out for all I care.

Maybe they'll hear about it on Hello Giggles, TikTok, Huffington Post, or on 'The View' some time next week, and due to their own apathy, miss out on it, inventory gone, 9th shut it down.

Seriously. I went straight from the CRPA notice to several sites checking to see which vendors were on the ball and ready to ship to CA gun owners direct.

Calguns is the LAST place I dipped into, considering how anemic and slow it's been these past several months.

Such a waste of time to try to jump in here, wait multiple minutes between pages or making posts, just to have it 'time out' half the time like some dial-up connection from 1992 to verify anything or share in the joy of the news.
