Um.. I usually never have exactly what I need.. so I make do with what I have...

Sometimes I discover that I had a multi-tool in the bag that would have worked for the job I needed it for..

    Usually

Gun, ammo (not necc the right caliber), inner and outer belt, holster, moon clips, magazines (if firing a semi-auto), gun oil of some type, tape, stapler (if I remember), broad brimmed hat, ear protection of some kind, nitrile gloves (for picking up brass), and sometimes something to eat or drink based on how long I'm going to be there.

Since I wear glasses, I don't have any specific shooting glasses...

Sometimes I even manage to pack the right ammo for the gun(s) I include.. other times I've arrived and the ammo (or guns) are sitting back at the house.. Luckily it's only a 15 min drive home.

Ammo can, Ammo, ar mag speed loaders, match loads in ammo box.

Guns in soft or hard case.

Its hard to bring just 1 gun to the range cuz i always feel i gota shoot something else

I keep it simple. Besides the obvious guns and ammo: eye protection, hearing protection, bore snake, and CLP. So far thats all I needed.

          Guns, ammo, eyes, ears.

A "serious" range session inlcudes Range Box.

          Less gear, less to forget.

I know these are not "in" my range bag, but on BLM days, I also include a folding table, a chair, mag loaders, and a 5 gal bucket (for trash). If I owned a canopy, I would bring it too.

Finally, I bring several plastic trach bags, a rake, and work gloves to clean up my shooting area. You know, leave it cleaner than when I arrived.

                        Guns,bullets,hearing protection and glasses.

I like to have fun shooting. I'm not there to clean my gun between each shot.

Eyes, ears, targets, couple of guns, maybe a rifle or 2, (a must if at an outdoor range), water, masking tape, something to sit on if outside, hat, coffee can for empty brass, and someone to challange at who is best shot!

oh, maybe a gatorade if its hot.
