Has anyone done multiple ppts at different ffl's within a few days of each other?

Got a gun on ppt in Cerritos, looking to do another one in burbank in a few days. All good since neither is in LA city, unless something has changed about that recently.

Has anyone had issues doing this before?

        Starting 01-01-2024...
The 1 in 30 day wait will apply to all firearms. [PC 27535(a)]
PPTs of firearms are exempt from this. [PC 27535(b)(8)]

        Starting 01-01-2025...
Only PPTs that meet specific conditions will be exempt from the 1 in 30 day wait. [PC 27535(b)(8),(9)]

Yes...see subsections (9) and (10) in the two referenced codes.

Even more reason for everyone to have an 03/COE if you're a gun enthusiast in CA, haha!!
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
                  Come on...what harm??

Or just get an 03/COE and make yourself exempt.

                      Yes you can have 2 C&R 03 FFL's; 1 in California and 1 in a different state.

Yeah, as recently as this past summer. All were handguns. I didn't run into any problems.

Just too much government overreach for me. But I greatly appreciate the suggestion
                          That's your prerogative of course.

I do it to save money.
I typically DROS 6 guns at once so I only have the one $40 DROS fee.
If I bought 6 guns on separate individual DROS with a $40 DROS fee each, I would be spending an extra $200 for the 6 pieces.
One transaction like that a year pays for 5 more years of my COE and 03FFL.

The 03FFL also gets you dealer price at Brownells and with a COE you can order ammo shipped directly to your home.

I suppose you are a sovereign citizen traveler and do not feel the need for a drivers license either right?
