Yes. No need to wait 30 days.

You can even buy them at the same time, same place, and the dealer should only charge on DROS fee.

Only applies to dealer inventory on Handguns and Semi-Auto centerfire rifles, with PPTs exempt entirely - (for now - pending passed legislation will remove PPTs from being exempt if the NRA/CRPA and logic don't prevail).

Does not apply to bolt-action, lever-action, shotguns.

Need to do it before 1/01/2024 as after 01/01/2024 any dealer stock; .22 rifles; shotguns etc will all fall under the 1:30 day rule.

Until 12-31-2023: Yes, it is CA legal to DROS a handgun and a bolt-action rifle without violating the 1 in 30 day wait, due to the 1 in 30 day wait only applying to handguns and semi-auto centerfire rifles.

Starting 01-01-2024: No, it is not CA legal to DROS more than one firearm within a 30 day time period, due to the 1 in 30 day wait applying to the transfer of all types of firearms. [PC 27535(a)]
There are exemption to this [PC 27535(b)], such as the firearms are being acquired via PPT or the person acquiring the firearms being an exempt person.

I thought they removed the PPT exemption?
