Lots of red flags. What did you do in the past that previously caused you to be prohibited and what did you do to clear it?Question I am on day 5 on my background check I asked the dealer if I get denied let me know Asap because I shouldn?t. He said I have no denial as of yes he said it would pop up around the 2nd or 3day I am on pins and needles because I am not prohibited any more any thoughts would be appreciatedBenefactor Life Member, National Rifle Association

The most important thing you should have done is asked if they release on undetermined. 10 days has been known to turn into 30 . And if you get an undetermined status it would really suck to wait all that time just to find out that NO they do not release on undetermined.Comment

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?Comment

Did this guy ever figure it out?"It is currently CA legal to modify a double-action revolver into a single-action revolver and modify a single-action revolver into a double-action revolver.
CA DOJ BOF stance on modifying handguns only applies to dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols.
^It does not apply to revolvers, manually operated repeating pistols, and semi-auto pistols." ~~ QuietComment

Convicted felons should not be allowed to own guns...and I am very unapologetic on this issue."Extremism in defense of liberty is no vice. Moderation in pursuit of justice is no virtue." ----Sen. Barry Goldwater
