The law says only one application for purchase within 30 days. I know you can gift a car. I noticed some sellers in mp offering multiple firearms at a discount if you buy all instead of just one. I apologize ahead of time for asking stupid questions.
    1-in-30 doesn?t apply to PPT.
You will never, in your life, have a chance like this again.
If I were you, I would not pass this up. I would not let this go by...this is rare.
    Come on...what harm??

Is this true now? I thought you could get multiple rifles but only 1 pistol. Do I have to wait 10 days to dros a lower now?
Unless you have an exemption, you can only purchase from an FFL one handgun (of any type) OR one semi-auto centerfire rifle per 30 days.
If you purchase one semi-auto centerfire rifle, you have to then wait 30 days to purchase a handgun.

Stripped lowers are neither handguns or rifles.
There's no quantity limit on other types of firearms.
PPT's do not count towards the limit either.

1 in 30 does not apply to PPT's after 1/1/2024.
All the exemptions to 1 in 30 that we have today survive the change to PC27535 that occurs on 1/1/2024.

^^This^^^. Exemptions remain unchanged, including PPT.

However, the 1/1/24 change adds precursor parts and does away with firearm distinctions of semiautomatic centerfire rifle, bringing rimfires and stripped receivers under control of the statute.

                (a) A person shall not make an application to purchase more than one firearm within any 30-day period. Also shotguns.
And any other types of firearms such as combo guns and firearms that are not a pistol, rifle or shotgun.
