Where do you guys go with the people in northern california. Id like to purchase more rounds to practice with but I'm having a hard time getting bulk ammo. Do you guys go to particular places or websites and then transfer through the stores? Thanks guys!

Call an ammo manufacturer like load-X and order a pallet from them directly

Just my $0.02 but surely OP must mean pallet or more or else why would they use the word “bulk”

03 FFL is a collector license. COE is certificate of eligibility, CA DOJ background check. The combination specifically allows you to order ammo.

What does 03 & COE mean?

'03' = You apply for a Federal Firearms License Type 03 - Curio & Relic for $30, good for 3 years before renewal.

'COE' = You apply for a California Certificate of Eligibility for $72 + Rolling Fees (LiveScan), good for one year before a $22 renewal.

With those two, you can order ammunition online and have it shipped to you.
