    GI slings

Hey fellas, I'm looking for a couple slings for an M16 clone and Dissipator. I followed a link posted here a few months ago and managed to get a couple. I just can't seem to find that link again.

Please post up a link to 2 if you know a place..

    Thank you

Doubt it's the best price, but project Appleseed does sell them.

          https://www.ebay.com/itm/224332108996 $10.79

Just ordered one for my Appleseed 10/22 because Appleseed store couldn't guarantee delivery date. It's the real deal, you can tell from the packaging tags and stickers.
Very happy with the seller, just took a couple of days and was cheap.

Another vote for Ammogarand. Made in USA by an Army veteran and he has a lot of free useful articles for Garand owners. They are awesome.

If you are not buying for an A2 AR, Garand or M14/M1A and need to buy sling swivels, don?t forget to get the 1.25 inch ones, they won?t fit in a 1 inch sling swivel.

Thanks. I am looking for a GI web sling for my Shotgun, Winchester defender. Has a mag extension with a sling stud at the end.

There are 2 Silent Slings/USGI Slings. Or rather 2 different sizes. The M4 is the longer one vs M16 which is the shorter one.

If you want it from in-store, check out your local military surplus stores. In SD, you'd have to check pawn shops and surplus stores, or small gun shops near the base for best bet.

The GI sling is designed for marksman. If you shoot off a bench or need something to carry the rifle to and from your car anything, even a rope will work .
Note if using a rope or cord , make sure its tactical black, using a black item, even a rope or cord identifies one as an operator . Being identified as an operator gives you cred with online operators, especially our cal guns friends .

Just saying why waste money on a quality sling designed for marksman when one is not not a marksman and too much of a doofus to learn marksmanship. An American tradition.

No offense to anyone intended .
