A lot of cry babies on Calguns still. The market is what it is. If you can't afford something, don't buy it. No one owes you jack !@#$. And no one cares you can't afford whatever shiny toy your heart desires. This moaning reminds me of people who b&m about not being able to afford a house in their first choice neighborhood, then spout some bs about "a right to housing" instead of moving somewhere they can afford. I couldn't afford a house in my hometown and had to move, it sucked, but reality is what it is.Comment

But those houses were available to everyone, and priced the same for everyone. I have no problem with that kind of supply and demand pricing. Sorry you couldn’t cut it in a true free market for housing in a desirable area, but that still doesn’t legitimize the artificially inflated pricing caused by the state government’s intervention in the California gun market.A lot of cry babies on Calguns still. When the roster dies, and it certainly will, we'll see who cries.A lot of cry babies on Calguns still. The market is what it is. If you can't afford something, don't buy it. IMO, $ not just OR pistols.
You'll see where many want the price of a gun, that "you" can buy.
But also want a profit, of there DROS, & sometimes it seems (I could be wrong here), but the price of the ammo they put through it.
This is not all sellers, only some, it would seem.
Not bagging here. Just what I observed here over the yrs.Comment

Nobody said anyone owes anything, so thats a straw man.
I can buy any firearm i want, thanks, that claim is standard butt hurt gouger to claim not wanting to pay your price means i cant afford something. Thats not what it means.
Dont try to contort this into some ?thats like democrats? issue, that will never fly.
You have no idea what a free market is. Anyone can buy any house, up to their ability to pay.
The roster creates a two tiered ability to buy. To contort it into your housing example, only lawyers are allowed to buy beach houses, and they dont cost any more than inland houses. I can buy on the water for the price you get to pay to live three hours from the beach.
Then i list my beach house for three times what i paid for it, because you cant get one other than through someone like me.
Thats a parallel.
Try harder.Last edited by Citadelgrad87; 03-02-2023, 1:12 PM.Originally posted by tony270It's easy to be a keyboard warrior, you would melt like wax in front of me, you wouldn't be able to move your lips.Originally posted by repubconservPrint it out and frame it for all I careOriginally posted by el chivoI don't need to think at all..XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXOriginally posted by pjsigYou are talking to someone who already won this lame conversation, not a brick a wall. Don?t give the Juicebag scalpers squat. Most are noobs with nothing to contribute but bumping their sale post. Marketplace should only be for contributors.sigpic

I wish we had better visibility on WHAT prices will do (and how quickly) when the roster gets a bullet in it. My crystal ball simply isn't clear on immediate, mid and short term pricing. Lots of players involved- and what each of them do, does matter and it flows downhill;
Manufacturers- pricing and inventory allotments
Distributors- same
Dealers- same
Customers- how will the react to the changes and how quickly will they buy at what pricing? If you don't know where you are going, any road will take you thereComment

Been looking for an unconverted Saiga, M1 Garand and SKS and the prices are still the pandemic riots prices. Very disappointingComment

Wow what a novel question. No one has ever asked this before. NeverI haven't been in the used market for awhile- what is the deal with the asking prices in the marketplace? What am I missing?
Triple the price of new and other sites from models I've seen and checked out.
Does off list make the price that much more? Need to know I think I'm sitting on thousands.....NRA Lifetime Member
