Negative feedback, what do you think?

Light him up, no excuse for that kind of behavior. If nothing else, as a warning to others. -
Sorry you had to deal with that crap. Scum ruin everything nice.
That said, I'm not sure if negative feedback is appropriate since no meeting was arranged (after he cancelled). That said, the warning would be nice for others who might deal with him.iTrader: 52 transactions, 100% positive.Comment

I would do it. I would, as a buyer, appreciate that kind of info before a possible interaction with someone. Did you already leave a positive on the previous transaction? If not can you leave a neg for him not following through on the promised box and grips?
If anything it might teach the seller a lesson on following thru and keeping your word.Comment

For the recent deal, neutral rating is appropriate.
You had an agreement to meet so a deal was in play, but you were not out money.
If you can document that the seller did not fulfill the grips and box for the prior deal, you might be able to ask the mods. to change that rating to a negative.
From the Marketplace Rules:
17) iTrader ratings.
Negative feedback should be reserved for transactions where one party has lost either money or goods, or the delivered product is substantially different than advertised. Positive feedback is appropriate for a transaction with good communications between they parties involved and that completes in a timely manner. Neutral feedback is for everything else, including transactions which are not completed. Use the comment section to describe why you gave the rating you did. Retaliatory feedback is not tolerated and should be reported to a moderator. See Rule #16 regarding Marketplace Disputes.
16) Marketplace disputes.
Occasional disputes between a buyer and a seller are inevitable. When this happens notify the Moderators and include a link to the original thread. When one of the Moderators responds be prepared to forward copies of all PM's and emails regarding the transaction. By selling and buying in the Marketplace you agree to abide by the final decision of the moderator team regarding any dispute. Arbitrating disputes is not the job of the moderating team, but if we're asked to deal with a problem we expect you to respect and abide by our decisions. Failing to do so may result in losing access to the Marketplace and possibly the entire forum.Last edited by Garv; 11-06-2022, 5:23 PM.Originally posted by Kestryll:

What's the sellers CG screen name?
I can't believe you kept calling and texting like a stalker. He canceled the deal, you weren't out anything not even a single trip to the FFL. Yeah he's clearly a flake and ghosted you but this doesn't warrant negetive feedback and you should've stopped the relentless calls/texting. Read the rules it clearly explains:

And it's quite odd you're calming he owed you grips from a past deal... If that's true that was only a verbal agreement betwee you two. You should've withheld a certain amount of funds for the grips or walked away from the deal at that time.Last edited by Sure Shot 45; 11-06-2022, 7:58 PM.Comment

Stalker, that's funny. The deal was cancelled for that particular day, not altogether. If he would have cancelled the deal, either by calling, texting or a PM, I would have stopped "the relentless calls/texting". I actually thought the deal might still go through, once things changed with his mom's condition. Obviously, I was wrong. Why is quite odd I'm "calming" to be owed grips. He mentioned during the previous transaction that he had them and the box for the gun and would get them to me; they weren't part of the original deal. After a few attempts to get them from him, I let it go as it was apparent, he wasn't going to provide them. Never said he "owed" them to me.What's the sellers CG screen name?
