      And how long would you be gone?

      Hard to find a nice place under our current housing situations.

      In short. Keep the place, have it checked on every so often.

      Bolt down a quality gun safe
      Have your security cameras face your safe/safes so you can view your safe at any time.

      Guns for many of us are like family, we can't get rid of them.
      And don't forget the ammo in the family.
