Correct. Anything with a "TL30" designation is a REAL SAFE.

They are expensive and really really heavy.

A number of companies make them. These are what jewelry stores use overnight- Their insurance demands it, and they have to be serviced once a year too for insurance.

Hard to find a nice place under our current housing situations.

In short. Keep the place, have it checked on every so often.

Bolt down a quality gun safe
Have your security cameras face your safe/safes so you can view your safe at any time.

Guns for many of us are like family, we can't get rid of them.
And don't forget the ammo in the family.
