I'll agree with others saying do it yourself. It takes the magic out of not knowing how to do it.
The only difficult part is choosing the mount and rings that will work for you.

If you need to drill, I get having a gunsmith do it. Otherwise scopes are easy to mount and adjust.

I believe so. But no cheek riser at the time.

Do you know what natural point of aim is in relation to a scope?
Do you have it?
If not, re-mount the scope to attain it.
