I ship UPS commercially. I've never been asked what I'm shipping and I also don't tell them.

I mean I guess many are paranoid that their shipment could be a test candidate for a random search. And with what is happening with Zenitco products shipped in from overseas for AK users, many would rather not take the risk in it.

I personally can't see/afford myself losing out on funds, products, and possibly rights for shipping out what may be deemed illegal in this **** forsaken state.

It's getting ridiculous to go direct with UPS or FedEx. Ship My Gun is cheaper anyway. Don't know what we do if we lose that. I can't imagine that most LGS's want to be shipping facilitators.

Not sure if this will help but as an FFL (NOT CA) holder the requirements we have when shipping a firearm is it must go as an air shipment. We can only ship them via USPS or 2nd UPS/FedEx . We often ship to CA.
