I believe you need a shop to ship it for you. Must hold a ffl

    Ridiculous.

      AFAIK...

Starting 07-01-2022, UPS and FedEx changed their policies and will only ship firearms for a FFL.

Basically, after 06-2022, you must have a FFL and a firearms dealer account, in order to be able to use UPS or FedEx to ship a firearm or firearm accessories.

Would love to hear what "free america" thinks and is doing about this - if there might be an alternative.

You should still be able to ship to an FFL or Firearms manufacturer without being an FFL yourself - maybe arrange a 'call-tag' on the FFL or manufacturer's UPS/FedEx account?

The entire cock-block agenda is absolute nonsense: just another hostile "choke-point" tactic to intimidate and antagonize legal private gun ownership, with the 'Ghost Gun' thing being a convenient ruse excuse.

I sent my Kestrel to Nighthawk from a UPS store and they returned it to me by UPS, got it back Monday.

Thats great, but this is CA forum. Does your state have a gun forum as good as this? Lol.

I guess it could be said they don't need a forum as good as this. But necessity is the mother of invention and innovation...

Go to your local.gun store and ask if they will ship your firearm.cost.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.
