It looks like that is one style of cutting for the slide for that optic. As for why not leading bosses for recoil, that takes a CNC machine, it looks like they do it manuallly, and use 4 larger screws instead of bosses/2 smaller screws for attachment.

Probably going to have to call Wilson for an answer. Perhaps they use setscrews in the front holes as the recoil bosses?
Perhaps it was cut for their True Zero adaptor plate? https://www.wilsoncombat.com/true-zero-optics/

Yes, I did a bunch of research last night and it seems like they cut it for their True Zero mounting system, I was extremely specific to have a direct mill for a DPP Infront of the sights, and it looks like they totally ignored it... I can't even find where I have to buy these plates from?

                          That's one way of upselling.

Yes, in two different locations I specific said I want to retain rear sights and have the red dot DIRECT milled in front of the rear sight... looks like they just went ahead and put their mounting system instead... I don't want to be a dick to them, but maybe I should and just have them comp me on a slide... kind of ridiculous honestly... idk what to do or think.
