Nor Cal for sure. Done bunches there over the years. They charge what the State allows them.. Like $47.00 for one and like $10.00 for additional guns on same transfer. Way nice store and have Sigs if you are looking for those

Roseville Turners one of the fastest PPT I have ever done in a big store.

Took less than 20 minutes very good store, and they didn't make my buy any new cable locks like other stores do.

TURNER'S ROSEVILLE

I would also recommend the TURNERS in ROSEVILLE , the location is nicer than the one on FLORIN

cleaner less ghetto area , good service.

Turners on florin is gtg. Bad area but they have served me well for two ppts and two purchases.
Sac black rifle is gtg call ahead.

ASP in Vacaville is worth the drive not sure where you are coming from.

I have had great service at the Gun range too but I have heard some of those policies and prices have changed

Did my last transfer(ppt purchase) at J&G in Granite Bay. Initial paperwork, and pickup was pretty quick.

Cal first though; they have limited hours

Loyal Arms has been solid for me as well.
Nor Cal Gun vault is a bit further but also gtg.

Pretty much everyone else has given me wild excuses as to why they wont do PPT.

If you want to travel to Vacaville, ASP Armory is a nice place. I wouldn't do Sportsman's Warehouse.

Plus 1 on ASP. Great folks who really take care of you!! Sacramento Black Rifle in Citrus Heights is also great - but they're always very busy

+1 For Nor Cal Gun Vault in Rocklin. Was introduced to them through a PPT and I would be more than willing to drive from the Bay Area to Rocklin to do a PPT there. They're quick and easy!
