Lol so like a communist female you care more about how things make you feel then the reality. Please point out anything in this thread that I've said that's wrong.

Since Bruen, many if not all county sheriffs in California have removed the good cause requirement from their CCW applications.
Hawaii has begun the process of issuing permits without the need for good cause.
New York has begun the process of issuing permits without good cause.
Maryland has begun the process of issuing permits without good cause.

Yes, there are states that are trying to circumvent the Bruen decision, but those attempts will have to be litigated under the standard of review reaffirmed and clarified by Bruen. It is too early to say that Bruen has not done anything as none of the cases that were on hold because of it have finished their respective litigation processes. Yes it's an unbearably slow process, but there have been victories over time starting in 2008 with Heller.

You have an argument for states like California or New York, where gun rights have been inclemently restricted over the past decade, but in many other states, gun rights have been expanding, constitutional carry being a clear example.

All Sherrifs in CA have just replaced good cause with good moral character which is the same thing. If that is struck down they will make you pass an acceptable persons list. If that is struck down they will make you pass an approved person list. And on and on ad infinum. See how it's just a game? New York has just made it harder to get a CCW and from my knowledge not 1 has been issued since the passage of the new law.

The litigation is just a means to funnel money to the elites to argue the cases. You must remember all attorneys are just one big club. All the Pro Gun lawyers are friends with all the Anti Gun ones. So they will not wanna shake anything up they will keep the status quo to keep enriching each other. What victories since Heller? From my knowledge not one circuit court in the nation has applied it?

I'm right because there is a difference between theoretical and actual. Theoretically Bruen should help us. In Reality all rules are created by the elites to maintain their rule over you

If you are that fed up with the government, and that disillusioned by the legal system, then just carry a gun without a permit.

If you get caught, but you are the rightful owner of the gun, it's not a felony*. (Not yet anyway).

Better to pay a fine than to go to jail. And better to go go jail than to get clapped in the Walmart parking lot.

I dont care about name calling but when people start it I'll join in it's fun. Nothing happened to me after seeing the elites spend 60% of all dollars ever made in the last year and a half wakes you up to the fact that it's all a rigged game. It's all predicated on the reality that people would gladly give up anything just to go along and not have anything shake them up. So the elites offer all that and most people 95% are willing to accept that

Not sure what you're complaining about as Bruen actually helped us in a big way, it put a spotlight on an issue that sat idle for decades, no more "good cause", we are fighting back little by little, you have to be optimistic man.
