Are we ever going to get an actual win? Bruen did nothing and has since made gun laws actually worse. Not 1 win since Bruen. It's funny how with abortion all the courts just jump to keep it legal. Look at how all the courts are saying that even though Roe v Wade is gone abortion is still legal. But with guns it's the exact opposite.

If and when the dems get full power, they will scrap the Constitution, scrap the Bill of Rights, add more dem controlled states, scrap the Electoral College, abolish the filibuster and lower the voting age to 16. No rep will ever get in after that. (And even if we did get a rep; have reps done any good at stopping the destruction of America? All reps do is slow the destruction down and lower taxes for the rich corps that don't even support them any longer. Reps don't fix a thing.)

Now, even if we didn't have the Biden crime family and the filthy communist dems destroying America from within; PEAK OIL will eventually destroy us and the world. Without crude oil we could not have built society as we did. Rip that out and overpopulation won't be an issue any longer, Bub.

America deserves everything it gets. All the Supreme Court of the United States does is determine if an issue is supported by the Constitution of the United States of America.

In case of abortion, the SCOTUS determined it is not, so the Federal Government has no business regulating it in any way, shape, or form. It's up to the States, and thus to the people of that state.

In case of arms, the SCOTUS determined it is indeed, so the Federal Government nor any of the States can regulate it to the point where such regulation becomes an infringement.

Some States have extremely liberal abortion rights, other States have restrictive rights. The Federal Government can't do anything about that.

Some States have no restrictions on firearms and constitutional carry, other States have tight restrictions on firearms and carrying a weapon in public. All the Federal Government can do is get involved in violations by certain states. The problem is, SCOTUS has no enforcement powers and the current Federal Government is not supporting the SCOTUS ruling in any way, shape, or form.

In an ideal world, SCOTUS would immediately issue a response to the new, even more restrictive gun laws and declare them unconstitutional. The Federal Government would then execute that decision, with help of the FBI and the National Guard arrest the offenders and restore the rule of law. That's not going to happen, and at some point in the future, when nothing matters what the SCOTUS has declared law and the governments ignore all of it, the people will (1) vote another government in or, in the extreme, (2) a civil uprising will occur.

there's no federal outlaw of abortion, the decision making power to have access to it has been returned to the state where it belongs. the blue states will continue to decimate themselves while the red state will just use pills and contraceptives. i don't think the consequences of overturning roe v wage will be that extreme. i think it'll mostly be exactly the same as it was before, with possibly the unintended benefit of some formerly irresponsible brat becoming more proactive and conscientious about contraceptives/morning after pills. and if there's a reason for a red state to have abortion, the people will vote to have it anyway. most states still have exceptions for rape and medical issues already

Gun laws are worst in CA, but here in Utah, and other red states, we follow federal law which has few restrictions (NFA et al).
I can carry anywhere, except past TSA security check at the airport, and a courthouse.

Guns rights will get worst in red states as well if the Senate chickens out and decides not to filibuster

Again everyone here is a simp. You all are not realizing that the courts and the state are one in the same. The judges whether democrats or Republicans are still the elites. And the elites rule over you. Their greatest fear is that you can harm them directly that is why guns will always be a losing issue. Don't any of you see this? Look at police they are the violence arm of the state to protect the elites. Its all just a rigged game to keep you a slave and paying those taxes so the elites keep that power. Why do you think the elites allow liberals to riot and not conservatives? Because only one side can harm the elites. You all seem to suggest I don't know how courts work, yet not one suggested law or implemented law has been overruled with Bruen. Bruen was honestly more harmful than helpful.
