I agree, safes are extremely heavy and one minor mistake and someone can get seriously hurt.

Dads always say piece of cake to heavy moving. Mine said the same when moving a 1100lbs planer, my sawstop, my 800lb bandsaw etc.

I paid a heavy moving guy to move my 3000lb safe, planer, and compressor. He had a flat bed, small forklift and pallet Jack. Cost my $900 to move all 3 a mile down the street. Well worth it.

I almost lost my planer using the motorized lift I rented on the back of a budget truck. The lifts thst swing out from the bottom suck. You need a rail lift, holds more weight. My planer started sliding as the lift gate was going down. Would have been a disaster.

There’s several air ride type trailers that sit flush and allow rolling onto them. Then it’s proper tying down so it cannot move. That’s equally as important.
