Don’t forget about all the people more worried about taking videos and selfies than marksmanship fundamentals.

Just my $0.02 but if they keep the muzzle pointed down range and not at me or anyone else, I don’t give it much thought

The 500sw handgun posted above is a nice idea. Make it one with a compensator to better clear out the benches near you

Now you are adding to your posts which you made no reference to at the beginning. "pushing each other, crossing red line during cease fire" those are distracting and dangerous. Yes.

But you only mentioned loud talking in your original post. To that, my only answer is I embrace the brass from other lanes bouncing off my head, or the other person with a loud than usual report from their firearm.

Anyone can shoot when the situation is perfectly normal. I want to be able shoot consistently regardless of distractions. That only happens in the environment of distractions. It's kind of a zen thing. Staying calm in chaos.

Last time I went out I had my wife and her friend stand behind me and yell at me.

At the public range I expect noise from people talking. At a match, I would prefer the yapping be limited or off to the side so I can concentrate on ROing or shooting.

Well what I hate the most about public ranges is the guy dressed like a swat team dude wearing a chest rig with plates and fully loaded mags. Leaves his ar on its bipod on the bench and doesn't shoot.

Either way, dickin' around has no place on the firing line. Folks should conduct themselves as adults so others don't have to worry if they're gonna get an ND in the back.
