the m&p 2.0 stripped frames sell for 50 to 70 dollars in free states. and they're selling just a grip module for 300? that's a scam, even if the fitment was super precise

You might be missing the point though. It wasn't the cost alone. Are you aware of the material used in the Icarus modules? The machined billet aluminum parts do have higher manufacturing costs over polymer.
